1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Offering a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience to you is our top priority. However, we are obliged to accept return and refund/replacement of the product (only if available), if you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve received. Please read the information on this page for guidance and instructions on returning your products.

You can also exchange the product with similar or different categories and disburse the difference. 

How do I know if an item was eligible for ‘Return’?

You can place return request for a product within 5 days of receiving it, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and refund your money:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any return items that do not reach us within 14 days of initiating the return request.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, please be informed that sale or promotional items will not be refunded.
  • We will accept full-priced merchandise with their original packaging and tickets. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for returns.
  • You are recommended to read the product-specific return for product range that clearly states ‘Final Sale’ as sale merchandise is final sale, refunds will not be issued.
How do I return?
  • Please request a Return Authorization (RA) reference number within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • You may request an RA reference number by emailing ROOMAKU® team at info@roomaku.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Shipping of approved returns to us will be borne by you, but we will bear the cost of shipping back to you.
  • In case we are unable to replace the product, we will refund your money within 14 working days. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.

2. SHIPPING FAQ
  • Free Shipping?
    Yes! Free shipping is available within Malaysia.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We do ship internationally. The shipping cost will be charged upon check out accordingly.
  • How long will it take for my order to reach me and how can I track on my order?
    All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order. For Malaysia, typically takes 2 to 5 working days for the order to reach you based on your location in Malaysia. For international shipments, it could take approximately 1 to 3 weeks depending on the mode of shipment and customs clearance at the destination country.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from Lawabana Sdn Bhd and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
  • Do you ship to PO Box Addresses?
    We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses as all shipments require a signature upon delivery.

3. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
  • Am I subject to import tax and other fees?
    Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more details as customs tariffs vary from country to country.
  • Any additional charges?
    You will need to bear any additional charges for customs clearance levied at the destination country. We are not in control or predict the additional charges.
